Today I went to see Mr. Gary Crosthwaite and I weighted myself… UNREAL!!! (See below).

I got the liquid put in my band for the first time and it’s back to liquid for a day… yuck.

It didn’t hurt; mum said the needle was big tho.

Current Weight: 116 kgs
Goal Weight: 72 kgs
Only 44 kgs to go…
